Worst Pain Ever😩🤐💀

I'm going to ER later tonight. I've been in pain like cramping pain on and off for about three weeks. An yes I have sex frequently with my SO,and unprotected. Last night I felt nauseous and did my best to fall asleep. When I finally did fall asleep and woke up I was in extreme pain. I mean I could barely move this am. An my period that was on 6/6 was three days instead of the normal five or six. I've also had discharge as well showing I'm fertile. As well as it being my fertile window. The pains that I've been getting are just unbearable. Not to mention my breast hurting. I know most will say take a pregnancy test,but after my last experience I don't think so. So instead I'll go to the hospital. Besides that way I can find out what's going on. I'm just curious as to what might be wrong or what I'll possibly be hearing. Thanks in advance🙏🏽😘
