Does this look like a 8 week ultrasound? Or ahead a few weeks??

Looks 8 weeks to me. This is my 10 week. And you can see the head / body much more clearly. He was moving around like crazy too it was amazing. 
I had a ultrasound at 7 weeks and it looked similar to the 8 week one except smaller
