How do you feel about vaccines?

I personally think you should get vaccinated for basically everything because it protects you but also the population as a whole. Unless is medically unsafe (people with compromised immune systems or kids to young for a certain vaccine) for you to get vaccines then you should get them otherwise you out a lot of innocent people at risk for certain diseases.

However shots like the yearly flu shot aren't really necessary unless you're a young child or elderly. Other than that it's not a big deal if you skip those vaccines. But not getting vaccinated for things like chicken pox, hepatitis and polio is just plain irresponsible.

Answer

I don't do the flu vaccine because I get the full blown flu from it every time.  But as for any kids I had, their tiny butts would have the important shots.
