Morning sickness remedies?

How are you ladies dealing with morning sickness? I am not throwing up, but I'm nauseous ALL DAY. It's miserable! I want to enjoy this pregnancy but it has been really difficult so far. Any tips or tricks that worked for you?

My doc prescribed be diclegis. It worked great for about a week, now not so much. Now I'm trying to eat very small meals every 2 hours or so. Just trying to keep a little something in my stomach at all times. I've also noticed a little milk in the morning before I eat actual food helps. Every day is a struggle.

I snack often and I rub just a drop of peppermint essential oils on my hands and smell. It really helps! Also, the over the counter unison sleep tabs are great and safe to use for sickness!

Diclegis has helped so much. I cannot even tell you. I felt sick and terrible every day for three weeks before I started taking it and I finally feel human again!

Always have a snack, I get sick when I'm hungry. Ginger ale helps me so does ginger drops and preggie pops.
