Swelling towards the end of pregnancy?

I'm at 35 weeks on Sunday, and for the last few months I've been going crazy with massive swelling on my feet and legs. Now I've started scratching because it hurts so badly! I have no signs of preclampsia but wondering if anyone else is going through this and found a way to relieve some of the swelling? I now have carpal tunnel in both wrists too- please tell me this goes away :(

Im in the same boat. I don't have any tips, just following in case someone else does!
My Dr did suggested  wrist supports for the carpal tunnel.  I haven't bought any..I'm just riding it out . I did notice that keeping my feet moisturized helped the itching some..

I have the same issues but no itching. I've been wearing the wrist splints at night and it seems to help sometimes but it's starting to be an all day pain. Then swelling has just recently gotten bad and having a hard time with shoes fitting. Any suggestions on what to wear when nothing fits? I'm 26 weeks 🙁
