Help! Sharp breast pain

Ok my breastfeeding mommies, I've looked this up over and over and still have no answer. I am having sharp pains in my breasts, mostly the right one, at random times during the day. It's usually when I'm laying down or when I'm trying to lift something or move my arm in a certain direction, but everything I've read only describes mastitis or the thrush and I don't have the other symptoms that go along with those two things. I have no fever, no redness, no plugged ducts that I can tell, no burning or itching, and no swelling. Anybody else experience this kind of pain? I'm starting to get worried because it's getting more frequent. I've tried heat to ease it and it doesn't really help.
