Throwing up in restaurants?

Question

So recently last couple of times I've eating out with mates or my boyfriend I get all hot all of a sudden and then need to go to the toilets to throw up?

I've been suffering with anxiety for 7 years now and never had an issue with eating out and now all of sudden I'm throwing up every time I eat out?

Can anyone help? Is it just a new part of my anxiety?

So I went out to a lovely meal with my boyfriend to only get half way through and have a panic attack! What's wrong with me I feel so bad. My boyfriend is so nice and I feel so awful he's even paid for me even though I said I would pay my half

I think this is something that you can control. You need to work on getting this anxiety at Bay. Sometimes I am like that. I'm a very anxious human. Sometimes I'll go days without being able to keep a meal down,  because my tummy just feel like unsettled grounds. I've done a lot of work on myself in hopes to control it better. I've learned that I control how I feel and how I react. It doesn't mean past experiences won't bring up the same feelings they used to,  it just means I'm better prepared to deal with it
