Bleeding after Bowel movement

I have been slightly constipated since becoming pregnant. Not bad, but I definitely don't go as much as I did before. I just had a bowel movement and I had to strain a little, which I usually don't have to do. After wiping I noticed some reddish blood. Not a lot, but it was there. To make sure it came from my vagina I inserted my finger like I was going to check my cervix and on the little bit of CM I had, it was red. I tried to see if my cervix was open, but since it's so soft from being pregnant I couldn't tell. I think this is normal, but since I had a miscarriage a few months ago I am very nervous. Has anyone ever had this? By the way, I am only 7w2d.
