I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl 3/02/2016. Serenity Faith Rutledge was born at 29 weeks 6 days due to preeclampsia. Her original due date was May 12th . The medical team performed an emergency C section. Serenity was born at 1lb 11oz. The struggle with preeclampsia wasn't easy, but the Lord was by our side and protected us. Serenity spent 64 days in the NICU supported by an awesome medical and nursing team. It was definitely a challenge and stressful,  leaving your regular life to having your child admitted into the NICU . My serenity came home at 4lbs1oz on Mother's Day what a beautiful gift to me and her father. Today Serenity weights 6lbs5oz going from my peanut to my piglet. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us !!!! And he strengthen my daughter and me !!!  🐷🐷👶🏾🎀
