Stomach twitches

Ok so someone tell me I'm not going crazy. I sometimes get like a little twitch in my stomach. Well today I put my hand where it was twitching and it was super hard then it went anyway almost like whatever was hard moved. I'm totally freaked out am I losing it or is my little baby doing flips in there. Im almost twelve weeks and I read on a few sites of women feeling the same thing and thinking its there baby also. It also only happens when I'm laying down.
