So I was recently diagnosed with PCOS after not having a period for almost 10 months. My doctor put me on birth control and help me get regulated and help with the PCOS as well. I am finally having my first period in almost 10 months now. My doctor explained I should have started on the non-hormone pills at the end of the month but I didn't. Not until I started the hormone pills again on the next month. Does anyone have any ideas how long I should expect? Or any suggestions as I feel like this is going to be a rough period since I haven't had one in so long.
