Teething? Nursing strike

Anyone have any experience with nursing strikes? My 3 month old is ring really difficult about feeding. She's EBF and hasn't yet had a bottle. She makes a huge fuss about taking the breast now and I sometimes have to force her to take it. Today though, she just hasn't been eating. I tried a bottle, a cup, nothing works. I'm thinking she might be teething as she bites on my finger and is just generally more fussy than usual. What do I do? How do I get her to eat???
