So this past week was my fertile window. I've been TTC for 8 months... All the times we had sex before it seems like all the cum would come out after sex.... But this go round I noticed nothing came out Should I get excited?!?!

Answer

The stuff that comes out is just semen fluid. It doesn't contain any viable sperm. Once ejaculation happens inside of the woman, the sperm get to where they need to go immediately. Whether you notice any come out or not doesn't matter.
