I can't help but wonder ...

I wonder if I would've done things differently, would I still be pregnant right now? I say this because two nights before I lost my baby, I was having abdominal pains (not round ligament) and when I told my SO and my mother they told me not to worry but I had a nagging feeling and wanted to go to the ER but didn't. Two days later, I prematurely gave birth. I can't help but wonder. 😢
