Starting to pump ...
When you first started to pump, how many oz did you get from each side? Is there an ideal time of day to pump, and how often do you pump per day? As you pump more do you get more output from each side?
I pumped for the first time today and only got 1oz from my right side and none from my left. (Around 6pm). I drank a ton of water throughout the day as well so not sure why I'm getting so little.
