Anyone else lose their appetite on their period ?

I hope it isn't just me but I don't usually want to eat on my period , every time I've gotten it I barely crave food .

Yes!!! I'm exactly the same! I always thought that it was because the uterus is around the area of the stomach so when I get cramps, it feels like I physically can't eat anything.

Yup! I just started today and I can't even eat anything. I ate a salad and a piece of toast and that's it.

I only eat like small granola bars or smoothies when I'm on my period
