So I'm on the depo and this isn't a 'I think I'm pregnant' because I know I'm safe. I haven't had my period for this month so I'm praying they've stopped now, but yesterday I had a sort of period with a bit of spotting and some heavy flow. I was at work yesterday and it honestly felt like my vagina was going to prolapse... do any of you get that horrible dragging feeling?! It's the worst pain ever. Cramps I can deal with! 😭
