Heavy bleeding while pregnant...?

Did any of you ladies bled really heavy while pregnant. I had cramps mainly in the vagina/cervix area for 1 day, now I'm bleeding really heavy at 9 weeks. Can't really trust docs judgement because last time I was pregnant I was having pain and moderate bleeding and doc said my cervix is closed and I should be ok but I ended up losing that one. If I lose this pregnancy then I have to look at it as it wasn't meant to be. I just want ladies in this situation who had healthy babies or ladies that had a miscarriage.
