I tested just to be sure

I did start bleeding on the day of my period, but it was only for 2 days and the 3rd day was just spotting, the spotting was dark red and brownish. And I'm sick and felt nauseous during the day not in the morning though, never thrown up, so guess I'm just sick cause I tested this morning.
