Being over dramatic..🙄

Hey ladies so this is a random question but I've just read that sponges in you're kitchen are disgusting..and of course now I'm worried about it. More so because I'm 7 months pregnant...but my mom regularly cleans it in the dishwasher and whatever else. But we all know how the Internet likes to scare the shit out of you. Do you all use sponges still or am I being too much?
