Feet growing?

Do feet, nose etc really grow in pregnancy? Always? Is it permanent?  How can you tell?!

My feet went up a size with my son and stayed that way. My nose didn't do much, is was swollen like the rest of me but went back to normal after.

Yes your feet can grow and it can be permanent. It is caused by relaxin, which in pregnancy helps loosen the joint around your pelvic. It can cause the ligaments in your feet to spread.
