I'm seven weeks pregnant and last night I had some really bad pain in my lower stomach and noticed that that area felt warmer (hotter) than the rest of my stomach today I woke up with zero discomforts but feel concerned about what happened last night. Should I be concerned? Has this happened to any of you before?
