All negative OPKs but

Linda • Sun, Jun 26 • Tubal reversal in April 2015, miscarriage at 8w3d in April 2016, ectopic at 6w3d in October 2016. Still not giving up!!

I've been charting for over a year now and this is the first month that I haven't gotten a positive OPK. I know I'm only on cycle day 14 but my temp did a major dip today like it normally does the day I ovulate. My cervix is high and soft and slightly open and I have EWCM. I've been testing 2-3 times a day. Is it still possible that I missed the surge.
