Is this thrush??
My one week old had these white spots all over her tongue. Could this be thrush??
It doesn't seem to be bothering her but just looks weird! I looked it up online and it said it will usually go away on its own but is it better to just go to the dr to get topical?? Help please! My other two daughters never had this! Thanks!!
