Any one suffering from sciatica nerve pain?

So I am having these shoot out sciatica nerve pains on right side. Anyone else is having these ? Any streches you guys are doing that will help me?

Mine is crippling at times... Like my leg gives out and I have to grab something before I go down :-/

I had it with my first pregnancy, and have it again with this one.  First time it started much later in the pregnancy.  I already exhausted my allowed Chiropractic care covered by insurance for the year  as I have chronic back  problems.  Looks like I will have to pay out of pocket for it now :( Oh how I love our Medical system in the US.

Mine is on my right side.  I go to a chiropractor weekly. It helps. Ice helps as well. Thinking about prenatal messages too.

Yes. I have since very early. I recommend going to a chiropractor asap. It has helped me tremendously. They will give you some exercises to do at home, but you probably need regular adjustments since the pregnancy hormones can cause your discs to get out of place.

I had problems with my sciatica when I was pregnant with my oldest, It would cause my leg to just go numb and I would fall. I was induced at 38 weeks because of it.

Yes I have it on my left side. Sometimes it's hard for me to walk. I go to a chiropractor that specializes in pregnancy pain relief and it helps a lot!
