Serious girdle pain!!!!!

So for the last few weeks I have been enduring some intense girdle pain. No joke out feels like someone kicked me in the vagina. Walking, sitting, standing, laying down...nothing has worked. You never really notice how much you use your groin muscles until you can't.

Good news though! In a fit of desperation I grabbed my kinesthetic tape. I applied two strips to the bottom pulling up slightly. Then one just under the bust to hold the ends down.

Results? Instant relief! I feel so much better. I wanted to share just in case I'm not the only momma having this problem. Try it. It's such a relief!
