I Know this gets asked a lot

So I have been feeling baby since about 15 weeks... I am now 19+4 and haven't really been feeling baby. I know they are bigger and when people ask other people say well the baby has less room to move. But I also thought movements were to be felt more because they are stronger? Idk I been worried because I went to the gym the first time in this pregnancy and did some crunches on a yoga ball, so they were assisted. Idk if that is OK to do or not in pregnancy... Just worried about not feeling baby move a lot anymore!!! Anyone else?
