I know we as parents can be busy with work, our kids, and life in general, but there are just some parents who every single time you see them with or without their kids..there kids are always dirty and look like they've been playing in the sandbox all day. I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME you see them! Least the parents can do is make sure their kids are decent/ presentable/ have fresh clothes on/ have had a bath before they walk around in public. Are parents just that tired to not make sure their kids dressed decent and not smelly? Are can you say that the parents are dirty themselves and just don't care what they kids look like?
