Folic acid??

Question

I'm now 10 weeks and have a scan when I'm 12 weeks 3 days will a lot go wrong if I'm not taking my folic acid? Because I just can't take it it makes me so dizzy.

I can't imagine why it would make you dizzy-- why do you think it's the cause? In any event, you can get your folate via your food as well (Google high-folate foods-- examples include broccoli, asparagus, avocado, wheat germ). But folate is SUPER IMPORTANT, especially in first trimester.
