BV or ?

I went to the doctor Thursday and she diagnosed me with BV & gave me medicine to take for 7 days. Today is my 4th day of medication. The odor is going away but I still have yellow/brown and sores inside my vagina as well as burning when I pee and pain in my anal region. Should I go back to the doctor or just finish my medication?

Sometimes they give you meds for yeast infections to take after your antibiotics one time I got the worse yeast infection i ever had in my life after taking those meds for bv i didn't even know it was a yeast infection I ended up going to a urgent care and the dr their told me and he asked me why my OB didn't prescribe me yeast infection medincine as well because typically they do because antibiotics can kill the good bacteria so if after your pills are gone definitely go back if you're still bothered because it could be a bad case of yeast infection due to the antibiotics
