So I'm almost two weeks late on AF with two BFNs. I'm not on any birth control and we aren't trying to get pregnant. We just use condoms because my body does not do well on birth control. Well Friday morning hubby and I were having some fun when suddenly I started having awful pelvic pain. It got so bad we went to the ER blood work, pain meds, and many needle pokes later, they told me they weren't sure what was going on that they found free floating fluid in my uterus that could have been blood or infection. The person treating me said she didn't think infection because of how I presented, and when she consulted with my ob/Gyn he said it could be a ruptured cyst. Not once did they perform and HCG test that they said they would with the blood or urine I supplied. And I still didn't get ANY answers. I remained in pain and was told just to follow up with my Ob. I'm so frustrated. I also mention family history of fibroids and endometriosis but that was just brushed off. I'm so irritated and scared. I'm 22 and so fearful of infertility. I'm dying to have a baby, but hubby isn't ready which I understand. Has anyone else experienced pelvic pain like this and "free fluid" in the uterus? Anyone else with fam history of endometriosis and experience similar symptoms?
