First time mums breast leaking...

Wondering when first time mums breasts started lactating? I'm 25+2 and this morning had suspicious marks on my nightwear top that I can only think could be from my breasts leaking but I have no idea.

I also have pretty bad inverted nipples so not sure just yet about how easy breastfeeding will be.
