Any other teachers out there due at the beginning of the year? How are you prepping for your maternity leave? How is your school handling maternity leave and a sub? I'm planning g to take the full 12 weeks off that FMLA allows, and my sub is a recent college grad of business... not education 😞. I'm having to prep for the full 12 weeks. I'm super stressed and am not enjoying my summer with my other kids. Plus, I'm worried about when I return to work because my principal doesn't seem to understand what my needs will be for pumping upon my return. Once during my 15 min. Lunch break is not enough time. Just curious how others are getting ready!
