For those expecting twins

I'm dying to know if I'm expecting twins, but I won't know for at least 6 more weeks (so frustrating)! So for those of you that know you're having twins, what were your symptoms, and when were you able to find out? I have two preschool age children that were singletons, and this pregnancy is a million times worse already! I got a positive test 3 weeks earlier than I've ever been able to get before, the nausea and breast pain started super early, and when I had an ultrasound the day before ovulation, there was two follicles that were ready to release. So now I'm dying to know!
