i noticed about a week ago, it feels like an softish hardish small ball is on the inside of my right vagina lip. i like to masturbate a lot and i think that could be the cause. but even the slightest touch, it feels uncomfortable and im starting to see a scab or sore on top of my vagina lip. is this a cyst? if not, pls tell me what it is, and how to make it go away. i dont want to tell my mom, and i dont want to be responsible of messing with it. it has not blown up to the size of a "golf ball", more like an pea, if that helps. also, im 13 years old.
