I'm 7 weeks tomorrow and still the only symptoms I have is sore boobs, very tired and no appetite! I'm not complaining I remember with my daughter I was very sick my whole pregnancy and I hated it.  So I'm kind of hoping it remains this way. I get really nauseous at times but that's all. Maybe it's my baby boy, they say usually less morning sickness means it's a boy! Anyone had this and it turned out to be a boy?
