I've been avoiding lotion and I've been putting a cold rag on them! Help please!!! I've been keeping her in loose clothing and no thick blankets!

Just leave it unless it spread more and looks worse then go see the Dr. My daughter had what I thought was just a heat rash and it really was but it was bad and she needed a steroid cream to heal it.

My first daughter use to get a heat rash all the time. I just would leave them alone and they will eventually go away on there own.
