Condom complication

Last Tuesday me and my boyfriend had sex using a condom i was fertile as the app had told me yet showed no signs of ovulation i checked on another app and it said i wasn't ovulating. We always make sure to use protection the condom didnt break because we double checked yet when we pulled out there was whitish fluid above his penis we werent sure if it was his or mine, my question was could fluid escape from the ring of the condom even though its tight fitting?
