Dollar store tests help!!!

Okay ladies I need help! So I took this dollar store test and at the 3 minute mark it looked like this kinda a faint line maybe. (see first image.) About 10 minutes later hubby saw it and it showed that! (See second image) I'm not getting my hopes up because it could be a bad evap/dye run. Af is due in about 2days. What do you ladies think?
