Just wondering, does anyone else with PCOS lose THIS much hair everytime they wash their hair??

I don't have PCOS.....that I'm aware of,  but my hair comes out like that washing,  brushing, you name it.  It's frustrating because it hasn't anyways been that way.

I don't have PCOS as far as I know, but I lose that much hair daily! You should throw it outside birds love it for nests ☺️

You are supposed to lose anywhere from 50-200 strands a DAY it's completely normal. Most people don't even notice it happening. If you don't want all that hair clogging your drains try brushing your hair right before you shower. It'll get out most of the loose strands so you won't notice as much hair coming out in the shower.

I lose that and more. My hair is so thin! Now that I'm pregnant the hair loss has stopped but it will come back with with a revenge after the baby is born.
