Anyone's feet swelling like crazy?!??

My feet will not go down anymore I don't know what else to do 🙈 going for a lymph massage on Tuesday and hopefully flushes this fluid out 🙈

I've been swelling since the start of my second trimester. I went swimming the other day and almost had ankles! If you can, definitely submerge yourself in a pool!

Update!!!!! Just went to chiro my back was off on the right side n that's why in this picture swelling is so bad on left I put all my weight on that side since I was all out of wack! He even popped my ankles which was crazy!!! U should also try it out! I was becoming desperate for relief!

My feet have been swelling since around 24 weeks. I am now 31 weeks and I have to wear compression socks daily and it's the only thing that gives me some relief. My feet and lower legs were a reddish purple on Thursday and my doctor sent me home from work to keep them elevate and it took almost 8 hours just to get the swelling to a "normal" level. If you have any questions AT ALL call your doctor. And take pictures when they swell to show at your next appointment because what might seem normal to them in the office can change very quickly into not normal once you get home or even a week later!

I know what you mean 😣 I don't know what shoes to wear to work anymore I'm a nurse and nothing fits my feet. Help anyone.

Such a relief to see someone else going through it my feet are insane- only can get them in flip flops and one pair to be specific and by the end of the day those don't fit. I try and keep them up but that only moves the water back to my legs - temporarily. Doc said drink more water I can't drink anymore water than I do :( started swelling back at 26 weeks and now I'm 34 and it's just getting worse- by the end of the day feels like skin is tearing :(- feel your pain sister !

Mine are so bad. Soaking them in cold water and elevating them regularly helps but they swell so bad. My hands do too.
