It's on hr checks and chin and some by her eyelid :/ they r gettkng worse since Thursday.. She had like two or three dots now there like that:/

Another option is seborrheic dermatitis, which is what was what my son had. It's basically what cradle cap is, but on the face. It got worse when he would get too warm. We started bathing him daily and wiping his face with a clean wash cloth every morning as well as when he was bathed in the evening.

But everyone's other suggestions are also likely, unfortunately they can all look similar and the pedi would be able to confirm with you.

Baby acne..wipe gently with a warm washcloth daily and then put a few drops of breastmilk on it a few times a day.
