BF and Full-time working mom - help!

Ki

I'm returning to work full time in two weeks and am gearing up to head back. Up until now my 10 week old has mostly exclusively breast fed. (She will take a bottle and my DH will feed her if I have pumped some milk, but otherwise it's just been me and her). My worry is that I don't know how much shes eating and don't know how much milk to put into bottles for her care provider. I'm worried if I put too much in they will try to make her finish it all, but if it's not enough they will have to feed her multiple bottles. How much are your 12 week old BF babies eating while you're at work? How often do you pump at work? Have you been able to keep your supply up? Did your nursing relationship suffer when you went back to work? I would still like to nurse her when I'm home!

I'm really dedicated to keep my baby on breast milk as long as possible but I'm nervous about how our lives are going to change! Any and all advice/tips/encouragement are welcome!
