Sleep positions!? 😭

Anyone please tell me how the best way to sleep is when 33 weeks!! I'm constantly waking up with pelvic pain and it's killing me 😭😭😭

Extra pillow between your legs?? I cant use my preggo anymore. I use 2 pillows for my head, one under my belly and one btween my legs.

I put one of my couch pillows behind my head to keep me propped up, and a body pillow under my belly and between my legs. My problem is a sleep on my left side every night with my legs bent and now they cramp and my whole body gets tight and achey, especially my legs. I just want to be able to sleep on my stomach again.

I feel you!! It sucks you get no sleep and when you do, you have to pee lol I'm 33 weeks as well and even the body pillows don't do the job! Good luck to us🙂

I know!! I have a preggo pillow, but still waking up in agony!!! Just wondered if anyone had any tricks!! 😂 thanks ladies

I put the boppy underneath me and the pillows behind my back so I'm kind of arched like a hospital bed lol but I've been able to sleep comfortably so far.
