Is this topical med ok to use?!

Hi ladies!

I wanted to know if topical over the counter clotrimazole cream is ok to use at 9 weeks? I read on medscape that it's ok in the 2nd and 3rd trimester, but doesn't really clarify for the 1st. If anyone has any feedback that would be great! Thank you!! ❤️
