I got my ultrasound done at 13+6 it was a normal ultrasound but right away the tech said its a boy and showed me.. I have a 3D ultrasound on July 6th when I'll be 15+5 to make sure but what do you guys think.. Boy?

I would wait for the next one to be sure. I've seen some women told boy around that time only to find out it's a girl later on. I think I read it's easier to mistake a girl for a boy
