This back pain is to much

So my back hurts so freaking bad u want cry I'm going on a water strike and hopefully that help .... Cause I'm in do much pain I'll be 26 weeks tomorrow so I'm at 25+6 days today .... I really want a norco but that's out I'm gone go get some tiger balm
