Missed period with Nexplanon

So, March 18th was the last period I was supposed to start, and I never did. I'm now 100 days late and I thought it was due to Nexplanon. But now I'm spotting. I'm so confused and kinda mad cause I hate periods 😂 has someone had this happen before
