Which vitamins and food are good for conception?

I'm going to the drug store today to pick up some vitamins. I've been taking gummy prenatals but I don't think they have as many nutrients as some other brands?

Which vitamins helped you get pregnant? Any foods that also boost fertility? Any help would help. Thank you😊

Geritol. Folic acid. Eating healthy is important. Fruits and veggies. Not so much salt and sugar!

I tried evening primrose oil this month for the first time and my ewcm was ABUNDANT.  I recommend it. But only take it from day one of af to ovulation as taking it after ovulation isn't recommended. 
That's the only supplement that I have info on though.
