Anyone else struggling with Their mental health illness while pregnant? I keep getting mild anxiety attacks and have no medication for relief. It really sucks. I'm off all my meds except my bipolar medication. I used to take anxiety meds as needed and ADD medication but they're not safe for pregnancy. 😭😭😭 I keep telling myself it'll pass and just breathe through it. And it does pass. I'm just sick of it. If you're feeling the same, you're not alone, I feel ya. And it'll pass 💕
